I'm not sure if it has filtered over to the news in the States yet or not but anyway:
The Trouble in Northern Ireland has started again, a group called the RIRA (Real IRA) has claimed responsibility for the fatal shooting of two British soldiers in County Antrim northwest of Belfast over the weekend on March 8th. The soldiers were leaving their army barracks to accept a pizza delivery when they were ambushed. 4 other people were injured including 2 other military personel and the pizza deliveryman.

A police officer also has been shot so yes, it is news over here, and very interesting that former IRA and protestant followers are unifying against these new "Real IRA" murderers.
